If you are familiar with Ballarat, you may already know that Chisholm St is in Black Hill. It may not look like a venue from the street, but come down the side of the house to find the seating area at the back. Chisholm St is registered with APRA/AMCOS as a live performance space. This enables registered Australian composers to receive royalties when their work is performed here. The address is given upon purchase of tickets.
Seating
Bespoke reupholstered director’s chairs and lounge suite awaits you. Be sure to dress warmly as seating extends to an external covered deck – this is Ballarat, after all.
Refreshments
You are invited to join the performers for refreshments afterwards. Your ticket price includes wine, non-alcoholic beverages, cheese, gluten-friendly snacks, tea and coffee. You are also welcome to bring a bottle of your favourite beverage.
Wheelchair access
Wheelchair access is available, however, please make contact with us via email before the concert so that we can ensure your comfort.
Children
Children who are 6 years and under are free to attend, although we ask that paid ticket-holders get priority of seating. Children are also welcome to enjoy the garden and cubby house during the performance.
Illness & COVID-19
Please do not attend if you are unwell and it is contagious. Sanitiser is provided at the door.
